Slanted 33 Prague
This essay provided me with the opportunity to research the life and work of Helena Bochořáková-Dittrichová, who in 1929, and in an art world dominated by men, she went on to publish the first wordless novel by a woman, Z mého dětství (From My Childhood). I welcomed the occasion to delve into this material and shed a light on an artist who has been largely neglected in the design world.
