Designed for Tyler School of Art’s annual summer design workshop at Temple University Japan Campus, Tokyo & Kyoto. This promotional poster helped raise awareness about this exciting summer program in Japan. Students from around the country immersed themselves in the culture of Japan and produced designs for print and interactive mediums in this intensive six-week course. The illustration style was something I had been exploring at that time, using pen and ink, and watercolor paper, to give a sense of movement and immediacy on the poster.
